I am representing a leading global private equity investor seeking to hire an Investment Senior Associate into its London team. The firm manages significant capital globally and has an established track record of investing across market cycles, partnering with high-quality businesses to drive long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across a range of sectors and geographies.
Build and review complex financial models, valuation analyses and investment materials.
Conduct commercial and financial due diligence alongside leading advisors and management teams.
Support transaction execution from origination through to completion.
Work closely with portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives and strategic projects.
Present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience gained within a leading investment bank, elite boutique, or private equity fund.
Strong M&A, or private equity transaction experience.
Outstanding financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills.
Demonstrable track record working on complex, high-profile transactions.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
