This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising boards, shareholders, and management teams on a broad range of equity capital markets situations, across IPOs, follow-on offerings, carve-outs, block trades, shareholder advisory, and strategic equity-related transactions.
What You'll Be Doing
What We're Looking For
- Advising clients on a wide range of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, secondary sell-downs, and strategic equity situations.
- Building and reviewing financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the execution of live mandates from initial client engagement through to completion.
- Conducting market analysis, investor positioning assessments, and equity story development.
- Preparing client presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
- Working directly with senior bankers and corporate leadership teams across a variety of sectors.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of ECM Advisory experience gained at a leading investment bank, independent advisory firm, or recognised capital markets platform.
- Demonstrable experience advising clients on IPOs and other equity-related transactions.
- Proven track record of multiple closed ECM transactions.
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets products, transaction processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage workstreams in a fast-paced transaction environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic record.
