Yor next challenge:



Yo will be responsible for acqiring and bilding relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgim. The position is based in Lxemborg.



What will yo do?

Join a mltidisciplinary team and participate in a growth strategy in a core market.

Develop yor bsiness plan and se all the capabilities that BIL offers to gradally create yor own client portfolio.

Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) as needed to develop yor own portfolio.

Condct research to identify bsiness opportnities with new clients.

Bild and establish long-term, trsting client relationships.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of crrent market conditions to detect and/or anticipate potential bsiness opportnities for clients.

Collaborate across bsiness lines to help yo develop new bsiness leads and ensre excellent after-sales service to garantee client satisfaction.

Yor skills:



Yo have:

A proven track record in Wealth Management, as a Relationship Manager

A strong network of private cstomers and financial intermediaries in Belgim

An excellent knowledge of the prodcts and services that Belgian private cstomers and financial intermediaries typically reqire (asset management, wealth planning, financing soltions)

Excellent interpersonal skills, an entreprenerial spirit and the ability to bild sstainable relationships

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals

A high level of integrity and ethics

A relevant niversity backgrond in Finance

CFA / CAIA / CISI or other related financial certifications are seen as an advantage

Yo are:

Flent in Dtch and English, French is seen as an advantage

Strongly client- and reslts-oriented

Rigoros, organized and methodical in cstomer approach actions

Motivated to be part of a team

Willing and able to travel.
