Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and prioritise commitments effectively.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and detailed travel schedules.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions.
- Coordinate business and personal engagements with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Provide support during business trips and ensure travel plans are executed smoothly.
- Degree holder or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar support role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong diary management and travel coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
