We are now actively hiring a junior KYC/AML candidate to join the 2nd Lod compliance team for a boutique foreign bank in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Conduct KYC/EDD/AML reviews for corporate and institutional clients (mainly high-risk cases).
• Perform periodic reviews and trigger event reviews for existing customer relationships.
• Identify, assess, and escalate AML/CFT risks and suspicious activities where appropriate.
• Maintain and strengthen the Bank's AML compliance framework and internal control environment to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Provide CDD/AML advisory support to business units and key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review, update, and enhance AML policies and procedures on a regular basis.
• Participate in AML/KYC-related projects, policy enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in AML in Banking. Open to considering a fresh grad with good potential.
• Holder of AAMLP / CAMLP / CAMS would be an advantage.
• Independent, good team player, analytical mind with sound communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English is a must.
