Which is finance's Ideal Employer?

Which is the Ideal Employer in financial services?

It’s not a rhetorical question – we’re actually asking you.

We ran our Ideal Employer survey late last year. 7,500 of our readers replied to it, and their votes contributed to our Ideal Employer report, with a very conclusive result: the best place to work in finance – the Ideal Employer of 2023 – was JPMorgan.

But is JPMorgan still the best place to work in finance? We can’t make that sort of statement. But you can. And you don’t have to pick a bank, either – we have hedge funds, private equity firms, fintechs, asset managers, and more.

Complete the survey below and we'll collect the data, analyze it, and put together a report that we'll share with you later this year.

If the pursuit of knowledge isn’t enough for you – and honestly, we get it – you can enter your email for our prize draw, with a £250/€300/$320 prize at stake under the conditions described at the end of the survey.
