UX Designer

London | Hybrid Inside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

I'm working with a leading consultancy supporting a major AI transformation programme within a global investment bank. We're looking for a UX Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered platforms across investor intelligence, due diligence, and loan origination workflows.

This role will see you designing intuitive, user-centric experiences that simplify complex banking processes, delivering seamless interactions for front-office, risk, legal, operations, and credit teams. You'll be responsible for mapping end-to-end journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring AI-driven features are embedded into workflows in a way that genuinely enhances productivity and decision-making

Requirements:

• Strong UX design experience within complex enterprise environments
• Expertise in journey mapping, workflow design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience designing AI-assisted products and user experiences
• Ability to design for multiple user personas and operational workflows
• Experience within Financial Services or other regulated environments is highly desirable
