With a collaborative, engineering-led culture, you'll work alongside experienced researchers, traders, and software engineers to support the continued evolution of sophisticated trading systems.
As a Quantitative Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the firm's trading infrastructure. Working closely with front-office teams, you'll help maintain high-performance trading strategies, analyse large-scale datasets, and contribute to the smooth operation of live trading environments.

As a Quantitative Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the firm's trading infrastructure. Working closely with front-office teams, you'll help maintain high-performance trading strategies, analyse large-scale datasets, and contribute to the smooth operation of live trading environments.
Key responsibilities as a Quantitative Analyst
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the code supporting systematic trading strategies.
- Handle large data sets used in the production and research environments.
- Conduct monitoring tasks on trading activities.
- Work in collaboration with quant researchers and traders to manage the changing needs of the trading desks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong programming skills in at least one major language such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- A proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Q/KDB+
- Familiarity with Linux environments and Bash scripting.
- Additional knowledge of quantitative methods, statistical modelling, or financial markets would be advantageous.
