Your new role

• Lead employment tax and global mobility matters across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external advisers to ensure tax compliance and risk management.
• Provide guidance on cross-border employee taxation, business travellers and international assignments.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic people-related tax initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Employment Tax, Global Mobility Tax or People Tax gained from Big 4 and/or an in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of APAC employment tax and expatriate tax compliance.
• Ability to manage regional stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a hands-on and solutions-oriented approach.
