SAP S/4HANA Billing & Project Setp Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Billing & Project Setp Specialist to strengthen or Grop Order Management fnction dringthe transition to SAP S/4HANA Project Operations. The role is operational andprocess-driven, focsing on project setp, billing exection and dataintegrity. This is not a project management role and not an IT or SAPconslting position. The position plays a key role in ensring reliable revenerealization and acts as a bridge between legacy processes and the S/4HANAProject Operations environment.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 14 5 to PLN 16 , depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Own end-to-end operational exection of project and order setp in S/4HANA Project Operations.

Create, maintain and validate project strctres, orders and billing-relevant data.

Prepare, execte and monitor billing and invoicing activities.

Ensre data completeness, accracy and traceability to spport compliant financial reporting.

Act as a central operational contact for project/order-related topics.

Consolidate, strctre and pre-assess operational qestions before escalation.

Participate in testing activities (integration tests, AT).

Spport the connection between legacy processes and the S/4HANA setp.

Identify recrring isses and contribte to continos improvement

Yor profile:

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Operations (clod).

Strong commnication skills with bsiness-flent proficiency in English.

Solid nderstanding of project-based order-to-cash and billing processes.

Several years of experience in project operations, order management, billing or project acconting.

Experience working in transition or transformation environments.

Strctred, reliable and detail-oriented working style.

Experience in an S/4HANA implementation or rollot is a strong advantage
