As Senior Manager Global Rewards and Benefits, yo will take an expert role in shaping, enhancing, and governing or global compensation landscape. Yo will oversee all aspects of compensation across regions, ensring alignment with or total rewards philosophy, market competitiveness, and evolving reglatory reqirements.

Yo will work in close partnership with the Rewards team, who plays a key role in the operational exection and continos development of reward processes and programs. Together, yo will ensre effective delivery, consistent standards, and ongoing enhancement of global compensation and benefits strctres. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN to PLN 5 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Compensation Strategy, Processes & Governance: Own and continosly enhance global compensation frameworks, bons and incentive programs, and salary review cycles, ensring alignment with total rewards strategy, market benchmarks, and consistency across regions while acting as a senior advisor on complex compensation topics.

Compliance & Reglatory Reqirements: Ensre compliance with reglatory reqirements (inclding E Pay Transparency Directive) and drive the development of fair, transparent pay strctres in close collaboration with regional HR, Legal, and Finance.

SAP SccessFactors (Compensation Focs): Own and optimize the SAP SccessFactors Compensation modle and related EC strctres, ensring system readiness, high data qality, and continos improvements in collaboration with IT and HR teams.

Benefits & HR Projects: Contribte to global benefits and rewards initiatives (e.g. mobility, allowances), ensring alignment with total rewards strategy and spporting data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Commnication: Partner with global and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics, drive decision-making, and deliver clear, strctred commnication while handling sensitive matters with discretion.

Yor profile:

Several (at least 6-8) years of experience in HR, with strong focs on Compensation & Benefits in a global or regional role.

Proven experience in managing or significantly contribting to global compensation frameworks, bons programs, and reward cycles.

Strong nderstanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.

Experience with reglatory topics (e.g., E Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong pls.

Hands-on experience with SAP SccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC) modles.

Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.

Experience in international and/or matrix organizations.

Strong stakeholder management and inflencing skills.

Clear, strctred, and confident commnication style.

Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance operational and strategic work.

Bsiness flent in English; German and other langages are a pls.
