Our client based near Dublin 24 are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join them to develop their team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller role will involve:

Accounts Payable

• Matching invoices to Purchase orders
• Inoutting invoices onto the accounting system
• Creditor reconciliations
• Creditor Payments

Accounts Receivable

• Gathering information for processing invoices
• Debtors control account
• Credit control

Other

• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting the Finance Manager and Assistant Accountants

Suitable candidate will ideally be qualified Accounitng Technician with 2 years experience within accounts payable and accounts receivable.
