Our client a highly successful Architectural firm based in south Dublin are currently looking to recruit a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to join them on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller

Role will involve:

• Daily processing of Accounts Payable invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with Billing
• Posting of Journal
• Assisting the Financial Controller with reports

The organisation recently moved from Sage to QuickBooks so they would like the new employee to have experience using QuickBooks.
