- Provide support and administration for enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, end-user computing environments, and business applications.
- Manage and maintain Windows-based server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure services.
- Monitor system health, service availability, endpoint security, and network performance to ensure stable IT operations.
- Perform incident management, problem investigation, root cause analysis, and service request fulfilment in accordance with established processes and SLAs.
- Support infrastructure changes, upgrades, migrations, testing activities, and production deployments.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management, security reviews, and compliance-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers for infrastructure projects and service delivery.
- Support user access management, endpoint management, and security controls across enterprise environments.
- Participate in system implementation projects, technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and operational improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical operations
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, and security solutions.
- Knowledge of system monitoring, patch management, access control, and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with change management, incident management, problem management, and service desk processes.
- Experience with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployment projects, or system implementation activities.
