- Provide daily system support and administration for Windows servers and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of business-critical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Perform system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, and related technologies.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Assist in infrastructure projects, system migration, and technology enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain proper system documentation and operational procedures.
- Participate in occasional after-office-hour support when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of VMware, virtualisation platforms, backup solutions, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
