• Support end-to-end delivery of digital and strategic initiatives under PMO governance.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality in a hands-on manner.
• Coordinate with business sponsors, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure execution success.
• Prepare project updates, financial tracking, and risk reports for senior management forums.
• Identify project risks early, recommend mitigation actions, and escalate when required.
• Drive change management activities to ensure transparent and controlled delivery.
• Enable smooth cross-functional communication across business, IT, risk, and finance teams.

• 5-8 years of experience in project management across the Insurance industry
• Exposure to digital or technology-driven initiatives within financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and project governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with attention to delivery quality.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
