A HNW Insurance broker is looking for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis. They are looking for a candidate with strong business analysis gained from life insurance. Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) and English are preferred.

• Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with Department Heads (Finance, Operations, Product) to elicit, document, and validate business needs.
• Process Mapping:Conduct current state (As-Is) analysis and propose future state (To-Be) workflows for policy servicing, new business processing, and claims.
• Documentation:Produce clear Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for IT development or vendor customization.
• End-to-End Ownership:Manage the project lifecycle from feasibility study and requirement finalization to UAT, Training, and Go-Live.
• Product Migration:Manage the integration of new insurance products from various Life Insurers into our internal quotation and administration systems.
• Data Mapping:Ensure seamless data flow between internal CRM, Policy Admin System, and external Insurer portals.

Your Profile

• Experience:Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within the Insurance industry (Life Insurance is highly preferred; General Insurance will be considered).
• Domain Knowledge:Strong understanding of the Life Insurance
• Language:Native/ Fluent Cantonese and Professional Mandarin (to liaise with Mainland stakeholders). Excellent business English is a must (written and spoken).
