Our business partner is a well-established bank that is seeking an AVP/VP - Corporate Sales in Treasury Marketing to support the growth of the team.

Your new role

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for:
  • Originate, structure and market treasury products and solutions, including Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate products, OTC derivatives, structured treasury solutions and risk management strategies to Corporate and Financial Institution clients.
  • Provide timely market intelligence, macroeconomic insights and technical analysis on foreign exchange, interest rate and financial markets, with a focus on Hong Kong, Greater China and regional markets.
  • Deliver regular market updates, pricing intelligence and trade ideas to Relationship Managers and clients, helping identify treasury opportunities arising from changing market conditions.
  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers and coverage teams to identify cross-selling opportunities, deepen client relationships and expand treasury product penetration.
  • Advise clients on market developments, hedging strategies, liquidity management and treasury best practices to address their risk management and funding requirements.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business models, funding structures and treasury objectives, and recommend suitable treasury solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Drive growth in treasury revenues through proactive client engagement, deal origination and effective execution of treasury opportunities across the client portfolio
  • Provide coverage support for other Treasury Sales team members as required to ensure seamless client service and business continuity.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this position, you will have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Sales, Treasury Marketing, Global Markets Sales, FX Sales, Interest Rate Sales or Treasury-related roles within a bank. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese would be required. Solid knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate products, derivatives, structured treasury solutions and risk management strategies is a must.
