The Team
As or firm contines to grow, we areseeking a Billing Specialist to join or national billing team, comprising twoother Billing Specialists and a team leader nder the spervision of the firm'sManager of Billing and Practice Management Systems. Yo will be workingalongside experienced professionals who are passionate abot their roles anddedicated to spporting each other. This position offers a niqe opportnityto contribte to a dynamic environment where yor skills and expertise will be valedand nrtred.

The Role
The Billing Specialist will play acrcial role in managing the firm's billing processes, ensring accracy, andmaintaining client satisfaction. This position reqires a detail-orientedindividal with excellent organisational and commnication skills. The keyresponsibilities of the role are:

Prepare and isse accrate invoices to clients in a timely manner.

Review and verify billing data, ensring compliance with firm policies and client service level agreements.

Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inqiries regarding invoices.

Maintain and pdate billing records and client information.

Collaborate with legal and administrative staff to streamline billing processes.

proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

previos experience sing Aderant Expert software;

excellent attention to detail;

proficient in Excel; and

strong commnication and interpersonal skills.
