Abot the Role An exciting opportnity is available for an experienced IT Spport Technician to join or Perth team. This hands-on role provides p to nd level spport across all offices, with a particlar focs on or Perth location. Yo'll deliver both onsite and remote assistance, ensring staff can work efficiently and seamlessly.
This role blends technical trobleshooting, ser engagement, and process improvement in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

he key responsibilities for this role are:
providing onsite and remote IT spport to staff across all offices, inclding trobleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity isses; acting as a key point of contact for helpdesk qeries, resolving isses efficiently or escalating when reqired; onboarding new sers and managing ser acconts; deploying, maintaining, and spporting laptops, mlti-fnction printers and mobile devices; managing and trobleshooting application isses inclding iManage and Microsoft Office 365; assisting with the setp and spport of video conferences and AV eqipment across offices; spporting the maintenance and deployment of the firm's Standard Operating Environment (SOE); maintaining accrate docmentation and assisting in the pkeep of the firm's intranet and IT asset register; and collaborating with colleages and stakeholders to nderstand bsiness needs and drive improvements in IT service delivery. o'll ideally have: at least 5 years of experience in an IT spport or helpdesk role within a legal or professional services environment; relevant indstry certifications or a sond nderstanding of Windows desktop; experience with client PC connectivity, inclding patching, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and VPN; strong skills in managing and spporting systems sch as iManage (or similar DMS), Microsoft 365, and AV technologies; proficiency in setting p and maintaining hardware sch as desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices; excellent commnication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, cstomer-focsed approach; experience with MS Teams Voice (desirable bt not essential); experience working with any Legal practice management applications (Aderant wold be advantageos); and a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Benefits of Working with s Jst to name a few, we have:
