  • Partner with Business Operations and Human Resources to ensure events align with internal policies.

  • Make timely decisions during live events to resolve unexpected challenges and maintain a positive attendee experience.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with local event venues, vendors, and service providers.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual requirements, accommodations, and venue arrangements.

  • Support event expense submissions and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Partner with Office Services to coordinate food and beverage arrangements for in-office events.

Business Operations Support

  • Support additional office events and initiatives, including budget tracking and event logistics.

  • Coordinate creative materials, presentations, branded merchandise, and recognition items for office activities.

  • Develop presentations and other business materials to support the Business Operations team.

  • Provide backup support to Office Services and Business Operations colleagues, including event setup, catering coordination, and client services activities.

  • Contribute to special projects and other team priorities as needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • At least three years of experience in administrative support and/or event planning.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

  • Ability to work in the San Francisco office three days + per week and attend relevant events.
