Key responsibilities

The Client Associate plays a key role in supporting client relationship management, marketing initiatives, and practice operations. This individual helps strengthen client engagement through proactive outreach, event coordination, meeting management, and the preparation of client-facing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate and execute client events, seminars, appreciation programs, and marketing campaigns from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Manage advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics for in-person and virtual appointments.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and client review materials.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, client communications, and digital content to support business development efforts.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients by providing responsive service, coordinating requests, and supporting ongoing relationship management.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or willingness to acquire.
• Experience in client service, marketing, event planning, administrative support, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
