  • Track KPIs and drive ongoing performance analysis and reporting
  • Support and help lead value creation initiatives, including add-on acquisitions, refinancing, and growth strategy execution

Market Research & Strategy

  • Support the development of actionable investment theses aligned with long-term capital deployment strategy
  • Provide ongoing insights into energy transition trends and emerging opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or infrastructure investing

  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

  • Prior experience as a Private Equity Senior Associate or equivalent level within private equity, infrastructure, or energy investing

  • Demonstrated interest in energy transition and long-duration investment strategies
  • Experience operating in lean, high-accountability environments
