We're looking for an investment banker to:

• support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities
• review, diligence, and process of referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas
• create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
• increase the returns of products and services
• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• assist in planning overall resource requirements, by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals
• make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
• motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals

Your team

The Unified Global Banking (UGB) - Americas Team originates and executes new business opportunities between UBS Global Wealth Management and Global Banking. Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the Americas region to source, evaluate and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and other Corporate Finance transactions.

Your expertise

- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or similar is preferred
- Experience within wealth management or investment banking is high preferred
- Great communication skills
- Strong ability to develop creative solutions
- You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Texas - Dallas USD 325000
• United States - Illinois - Chicago USD 325000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
