Senior Deal Desk Manager

What You'll Do
- Own and manage the deal review and approval process across the sales organization
- Partner with Sales leadership to structure complex commercial agreements and pricing strategies
- Evaluate deal risk, profitability, and compliance with company guidelines
- Drive contract, pricing, and discount approvals while balancing business objectives
- Build scalable processes, policies, and workflows that improve sales velocity
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Executive leadership on strategic transactions
- Analyze deal trends and provide recommendations to improve forecasting and operational efficiency
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the entire deal lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 4-10 years of Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience supporting SaaS, technology, AI, or other high-growth venture-backed companies
- Strong commercial judgment with experience reviewing pricing, discounting, and contract terms
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Experience owning an end-to-end enterprise process
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred
