We are seeking a Senior Manager to help drive CMS Product's transformation by scaling agentic capabilities, modernizing product development practices, and improving how teams operate across our global portfolio.

This role will partner closely with leaders across Product, Technology, Design, Risk, Operations, and other business functions to identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI throughout the product lifecycle. The individual will help accelerate adoption of the Visa Agentic Toolchain (VATC), establish scalable ways of working, and drive initiatives that improve how products are planned, built, launched, and managed.

Success in this role will be measured by increased adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, improvements in product development velocity and team productivity, and measurable business outcomes across the CMS portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence, with a passion for driving innovation, organizational change, and operational effectiveness at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives in the CMS Product agentic transformation roadmap, driving adoption of AI and the Visa Agentic Toolchain (VATC) across the organization.

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI and agentic capabilities across product strategy, development, commercialization, and portfolio management.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, and Operations leaders to modernize product development practices and improve how teams work.

  • Develop and scale AI-enabled workflows, best practices, and operating frameworks that increase productivity, quality, and execution speed.

  • Champion adoption of VATC and agentic ways of working, helping teams understand and embed AI across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify products, streamline processes, expand platform reuse, and reduce organizational and technology complexity.

  • Define, track, and communicate key metrics related to transformation progress, tool adoption, product development velocity, and client outcomes.

  • Use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to identify execution bottlenecks and recommend improvements to portfolio performance.

  • Build business cases and recommendations for transformation investments, operating model improvements, and emerging AI capabilities.

  • Influence enterprise AI and toolchain priorities by representing CMS Product needs, requirements, and feedback with Visa-wide stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations that advance CMS toward an AI-native product operating model.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

This role must sit in our San Francisco office.
