  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of client engagements and workstreams by working directly with client data, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing junior colleagues' work and maintaining analytical quality, commercial discipline and a consistent client experience.
  • Contribute to the development of collateral and joint pursuit materials, including scoping methodologies, pricing inputs, reusable frameworks and client-specific points of view.

Essential traits:

  • Hands-on experience in several of the following areas: budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, working capital, profitability analysis, performance improvement, scenario analysis and business case development
  • Exposure to M&A or transaction-related work, such as diligence, transaction analytics, valuation, integration, carve-outs, synergy assessment or post-transaction performance tracking, preferred but not required
  • Experience working directly with financial and operational data and translating analysis into clear findings and recommendations
  • Proficiency with at least one relevant analytics or reporting tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Databricks, Azure or a comparable platform
  • Working knowledge of practical applications of generative AI and other emerging technologies in finance, analytics and reporting, with direct implementation experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, finance and corporate development leaders, technical specialists and multidisciplinary Kroll teams
  • Sound commercial judgment and ability to support engagement scoping, pricing, work planning and budget management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial and analytical findings clearly to senior executives and other stakeholders
  • Strong personal motivation to take ownership of client work, contribute to client relationships and help build Decision Intelligence in the U.S. market
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally as needed to support client engagements and internal collaboration
