From YouTube and TikTok to Instagram and Twitch, our clients are redefining modern business-and we're looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to help them do it.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service while acting as a trusted adviser throughout their business journey.

You'll:

• Manage your own portfolio of creator and digital media clients, building long-term trusted relationships.
• Review accounts, tax returns and financial information, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
• Provide proactive business, accounting and tax advice that helps clients grow and achieve their goals.
• Support clients with day-to-day financial queries, translating complex information into practical, straightforward advice.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, reviewing work and supporting their professional development.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and work collaboratively with specialists across the wider Carpenter Box Group.
• Play an active role in delivering an outstanding client experience and contributing to the continued growth of StarBox.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with a genuine passion for building client relationships.

You'll ideally have:

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or be qualified by experience).
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients within practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience reviewing the work of others and supporting junior colleagues.
• An interest in the digital, creative or media sectors would be a real advantage, but isn't essential.
