Description
We are seeking a Senior Practice Assurance Analyst to join our growing internal compliance function.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of regulatory submissions to CAI, Central Bank and any other regulator on a timely basis. Includes annual returns, notification of standing data changes and other returns.
• Oversee tracker of regulatory submissions and escalate issues arising.
• Collaborate with operational teams and external regulator (CAI) to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Oversee the monitoring of complaints.
• Respond to internal compliance queries.
• Development of policies and procedures and support operational teams in their implementation.
• Carry out compliance and practice assurance reviews.

Key Requirements
• Experience in practice assurance or in a professional services environment
• Understanding of accountancy practices and processes
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and governance standards
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and build relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider compliance function.
