An exciting opportunity to work directly with the directors of a growing, entrepreneurial real estate business.

Brimstone Living is looking for a bright, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join us for a 3–6 month internship.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to both the commercial and creative sides of a value-add real estate business, from brand development and digital marketing through to property investment, financial appraisals and development projects.

We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, has a strong eye for design and, ideally, a background or genuine interest in property. Above all, we want someone proactive, hardworking and excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a business.

The Role

Phase 1: Rebrand & Business Growth (Now – December 2026)

Our immediate priority is delivering a comprehensive rebrand of Brimstone Living. You will work closely with the directors to help bring our new identity to life, including:

- Helping coordinate the development and launch of our new website.

- Creating, organising and refining content, imagery and marketing materials.

- Establishing and improving our social media and digital marketing channels.

- Supporting brand identity, presentation design and communications.

- Using technology, digital tools and AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Taking ownership of tasks to help deliver the rebrand ahead of our December deadline.

Phase 2: Property Investment & Development (January 2027 onwards)

Following the rebrand, the role will evolve to provide hands-on experience across the property business, including:

- Assisting with property appraisals, investment analysis and financial modelling of potential acquisitions.

- Researching new investment and development opportunities.

- Attending meetings with architects, planning consultants and other professional advisers.

- Gaining exposure to planning, design and development processes.

- Supporting the directors with business development, deal sourcing and strategic projects.

- Getting involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing real estate business.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have:

- A degree in real estate, property, finance, business or a related discipline, or some relevant property experience.

- Strong digital skills, confidence with technology and an interest in AI and emerging tools.

- A good eye for design, branding and presentation.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- An analytical mindset and an interest in property investment and development.

- Excellent communication skills, initiative and a willingness to learn.
