We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation to appoint a Programme Manager to join a high-performing strategic transformation team responsible for expanding operations into new international markets.
This is a unique opportunity to lead complex, business-critical programmes that shape how products and services are launched across multiple territories. You'll work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across commercial, operational and technical functions to deliver large-scale market expansion initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be highly collaborative with a pragmatic approach to solving problems. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, naturally build relationships across teams and have the credibility to influence senior stakeholders. You're equally at home leading programme governance as you are rolling up your sleeves to keep delivery moving.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading multiple strategic programmes from feasibility through to delivery.
- Bringing together large, cross-functional teams to deliver complex business change.
- Managing programme governance, risks, dependencies and executive stakeholders.
- Driving collaboration across commercial, operational and technical teams.
- Solving complex problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Influencing senior leadership and helping shape best practice across the organisation.
- Extensive Programme Management experience delivering complex business transformation.
- A strong commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional programmes in matrix organisations.
- The ability to operate autonomously while bringing people together around a common goal.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- A background within large, global organisations across sectors such as technology, telco, retail, travel, consulting or other blue-chip environments.
