We are looking for internship candidates who areinterested in learning more about a career in commercial strategy consultingwith a specific focus on Transaction Services & Private Equity. We haveentry level Consultant positions available for top performing interns uponcompletion of the internship. You must be graduated and looking forfull-time employment to be eligible to apply.

Internshipswithin TSPE usually last 8 weeks and are designed to exposeindividuals to working on client projects. Interns can expect responsibilityfrom the outset as a valued member of the project team. Throughout your time atSimon-Kucher you will contribute to analysis and results, benefiting fromworking alongside experienced Consultants, Directors and Partners. Whilstcommercial due diligence will be the key focus of the team, we workcollaboratively with other parts of Simon-Kucher, and therefore you will havethe opportunity to also work on non-deal engagements; in areas such as M&Astrategy, market reviews, revenue growth, pricing, marketing efficiency anddigital strategy. Projects tend to be relatively short (average length of 3-4weeks), providing the chance to learn a lot and work with different clients acrossa variety of sectors.

OurTSPE team support leading mid and large-cap PE clients, as well as corporates,to invest in the right businesses, addressing interesting questions such as:

• How large is this market, how fast is it growing and how will it develop in the future?
• Is this company winning, and if so, how is it taking market share from its competitors?
• How satisfied are customers, and what is the potential for future up-sell versus risk of losing customers?
• Can the business achieve its revenue growth targets?
• How can growth of this business be accelerated over the next 3-4 years?
• How would this market and business perform in a recession?

You'll have upto two minutes to answer each question, with up to three retakes if youwish to re-record your response. You'll have up to six minutes in total perquestion to complete your recording, including any retakes. Beforestarting, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quietenvironment, and a device with a working camera and microphone. • If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend aninitial virtual interview with a member of our recruitment team. Successfulcandidates will then progress to a 45-minute virtual case interview with amember of the TSPE team. Candidates who are successful at this stage will beinvited to a final-round, in-person case study interview, which will take placeat the end of August.
