An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Research Analyst (AVP level) to join a specialist Corporate Research team based in London.

Covering the EMEA Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for identifying key industry trends, analysing market developments and producing high-quality research for both internal stakeholders and external clients. Working closely with front office coverage teams and credit professionals, your analysis will support lending decisions, transaction execution and broader business strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

• Producing short-form market updates and sector commentary.
• Developing thematic research reports and industry deep-dives.
• Analysing market trends, corporate developments and macroeconomic influences.
• Supporting credit and transaction teams with sector insights and company analysis.
• Building relationships with industry participants, consultants and market experts.
• Attending conferences, industry events and management meetings.
• Contributing to presentations and thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitoring risks, opportunities and emerging trends across the Real Estate sector.

Profile

We are keen to speak with candidates who have established experience within Real Estate research, market intelligence or sector analysis.

Suitable backgrounds may include:

• Real Estate research teams within financial institutions.
• Property consultancies.
• Real Estate investment managers and fund managers.
• Specialist real estate data, advisory or market intelligence providers.
• Research-focused consultancy organisations covering property and infrastructure markets.

You will ideally possess:

• Experience producing written research, market commentary or sector reports.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and industry trends.
• Financial statement analysis and/or credit analysis skills.
• Excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
• A naturally inquisitive and intellectually curious mindset.
• The confidence to engage with market participants and build industry networks.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA or progress towards these qualifications would be advantageous
