We're seeking candidates who hold either a
Diploma in Reglated Financial Planning OR are part way throgh qalification , having passed some RO exams, with the ability to demonstrate application of this technical knowledge as well as analytical expertise.



Within this role, yo'll ndertake sitability assessments across a range of bsiness sbmitted by or financial advisers (The SJP Partnership) inclding Alternative and offshore Investments, IHT/trst planning and Pensions.



Yo'll provide focsed feedback and gidance to the SJP Partnership, inflencing behavior and encoraging engagement to ensre adherence to the reglatory and SJP Advice Policy and Compliance frameworks.


What yo'll be doing:

Apply yor technical expertise with minimal spervision to review a wide range of advice sbmissions. Ensre accracy and strong analysis across complex areas sch as tax, critical yield, and affordability assessments.

Deliver clear, actionable feedback to Partners and the Wealth Management team, addressing gaps in advice or docmentation while driving improvements in ftre sbmissions and overall qality.

Act as a sbject matter expert, contribting to projects and providing consltation across the bsiness to redce reglatory, financial, and reptational risk.

Identify and escalate emerging trends or isses from case reviews and Partner interactions, proactively addressing risks and driving continos bsiness improvement.

Collaborate effectively with colleages, fostering a spportive, team-driven environment.

Essential Criteria

Ideally qalified in a level 4 diploma in Diploma in Reglated Financial planning (DipPFS ), or part way throgh qalification having passed some RO exams.

Relevant financial services experience.

Good attention to detail.

Strong written commnication skills.
