Onsite Support Technician

Starting Salary c. £38,000 Depending on skills and experience

This is a full time, onsite role, and you'll be working in the Bristol office Monday to Friday with occasional travel to other offices.

A bit about the job

You'll join our friendly Onsite Support IT team, helping colleagues across the Bristol office stay connected and productive.

You'll provide 1st and 2nd line deskside support, solving technical problems, getting people back up and running, and keeping our IT services running smoothly.
You'll work closely with other technology teams too, helping us deliver brilliant support across Aviva.

There may also be the occasional need to support colleagues at other Aviva sites.

Skills and experience we're looking for

• Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line end-user support across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, MECM, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra and Apple iOS.
• Experience supporting Dell laptops, desktops, Apple iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and other Apple devices.
• Good understanding of mobile device management, including Microsoft Intune, VPN and mobility technologies.
• Excellent customer service, collaboration and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.

• Starting salary c. £38,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
