We're looking for a Sports Betting Trading Manager to lead and develop a team of Prop Traders and Quants across Tennis, NBA, and Football markets. You'll play a pivotal role in driving P&L, transforming trading ideas into statistically validated strategies deployed across leading exchanges and sportsbooks.

What You'll Do

1. Lead, mentor, and develop traders and quantitative analysts
2. Convert trading insights into evidence-based, profitable models
3. Drive P&L growth across Tennis, NBA, and Football markets
4. Execute strategies across exchanges for price discovery and hedging
5. Exploit opportunities across soft books for monetisation
6. Partner with developers and quants to enhance automation and execution

What We're Looking For

1. Proven success in sports betting, trading, or quantitative betting markets
2. Strong understanding of exchanges and sportsbook ecosystems
3. Experience managing traders, analysts, or research teams
4. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
5. Demonstrable track record of generating trading profits
