About our client

We are working with a leading global fund that has top-talent from across the world. What the job involves

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management within the business, delivering objective, data-driven insights and advice on portfolio construction and financial performance
Partner with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, leading deal planning and execution support, financial due diligence processes, financial analysis, risk assessment, financial modelling, and valuation
Deliver expertise in corporate finance beyond M&A, including providing senior advisory and execution support in capital structure optimisation and debt financing
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, partner organisations, investors, and industry professionals

Who we are looking for

Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in finance or business administration; MBA and/or CFA preferred
Experience in a senior leadership role within M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on complex transactions
Deep expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and legal aspects of transactions
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, capital markets, and portfolio performance analysis
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; proven ability to influence investment teams
Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and sound business judgement
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven capacity to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
