We're looking for a Client Associate to:



• keep management systems up-to-date with client information

• educate clients on account services and capabilities

• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials

• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities]

Your team



You'll be joining a team with 4 advisors and a Wealth Strategy Associate. Your role will be to help strengthen client relationships with all advisors. You will be the "front line" for client contact, client service issues, and processing the existing and new business of the team.




Your expertise



• series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs)

• ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

• [bachelor's or master`s degree] or equivalent, focusing on financial investments

• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)

• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information



The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New York - Albany min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum



The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
