Plant Manager
$170,000 to $180,000.00 + 25-30% bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead a manufacturing team to meet goals and safety standards.
• Manage budget, strategy, and workforce engagement.
• Solve facility and customer issues.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
• Develop leaders and promote positive culture.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Oversee maintenance and security.
• Represent the company in the community.
• Manage product launches and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of team leadership experience.
• TPM experience is a plus.
• P&L responsibility
• Product launch and ISO/IATF experience.
• Manufacturing and OEM customer interface.
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
