Commercial Property Solicitor 3-5 PQE
Location: Salisbury (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: £55,000 -£75,000 (depending on experience and expertise)

We're working with a highly respected law firm who are looking for someone just like you to join their busy, successful team in Salisbury. You'll be advising a diverse mix of clients from local businesses to well-known household brands and working alongside lawyers recognised nationally for their expertise in pension property work.

You'll get involved in:

• Landlord & tenant matters
• Freehold sales and purchases
• Acquisitions & disposals
• SIPP & SSAS pension property transactions
• A wide range of general commercial property matters

If you have 3-5 years PQE from a city or leading regional firm, strong technical skills, and a pragmatic, commercial approach, you'll fit right in. You'll also need to enjoy working as part of a team and delivering an outstanding client experience.
