This key hire is to support the growth agenda of the desk and will focus on Fund financing across CRE and NAV/Hybrid business lines in the UK & Europe. The successful applicant will be expected to work across origination, structuring and execution with a broad range of counterparties.
Applications are sought from candidates with demonstrate Fund Financing experience with ideally experience working with CRE funds although broader NAV/Hybrids experience will also be strongly considered.
Strong commercial acumen is also key as the role will have a high origination focus to support growth of business line in UK & Europe allied to a broad understanding of funds space and good connections to funds themselves.
