ROLE OVERVIEW




PRPOSE OF JOB



To overseethe effective strategic management of JTC's working capital and liqidityacross mltiple jrisdictions, proactively ensring that all operational andpayroll fnding reqirements are met. Key responsibilities inclde monitoring dailycash positions, coordinating working capital transfers with key stakeholders andathorising payments. The role also involves collaborating with internal teamsto drive enhancements to cash management reporting and forecasting.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DTIES

OverseeJTC's daily working capital position across mltiple jrisdictions, ensringsfficient liqidity to spport all operational reqirements.

Managepayroll fnding by proactively monitoring reqirements and arranging necessaryworking capital transfers in accordance with jrisdictional payroll schedles.

Responsiblefor identifying and mitigating potential crrency shortfalls in advance offorecasted fnding reqirements.

Recommendforeign exchange (FX) transactions as reqired, in alignment with operationaland payroll fnding needs.

Managethe timely settlement of JTC's Transfer Pricing invoices, proactively managingpayment schedles and available liqidity.

Reviewand athorise payments as an athorised signatory across mltiplejrisdictional banking platforms, inclding Faster Payments, CHAPS,International Payments, ACH and Wires.

Overseethe process of preparing and approving payment instrctions for operationalcosts, payroll fnding and working capital transfers as an athorisedsignatory, liaising with mltiple internal stakeholders.

Overseeand coordinate working capital transfers, liaising with Financial Controllersas reqired.

Collaboratewith Reporting and Analysis to enhance grop wide cash reporting andforecasting capabilities.

Managethe mentoring, coaching and ongoing development of team members.

Adhereto risk and compliance procedres in relations to reglatory reqirements andAML legislation.

Adhereto JTC core vales and expected behaviors.

Anyother dties as deemed necessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQIREMENTS

Proven experience in cash management, treasry or financial operations.

Hold a relevant professional qalification.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Knowledge of varios payment types and payment approval processes is strongly preferred.

Experience with banking platforms or atomated workflow systems strongly preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and commnication skills, with the ability to inflence and collaborate at all levels

Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and high accracy nder pressre.

Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing team members.
