About our client

Our client is a leading UK investor with a portfolio spanning the venture and growth capital space. It is seeking a Senior Investment Manager to lead on venture deals who will be instrumental in sourcing, structuring and executing transactions, and engaging with portfolio companies post-acquisition.

What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Involvement with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fund raising when required
• Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the vehicle

Who we are looking for

A background in venture and growth capital with significant investing experience

• Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
