  • Monitor action points, deadlines and transaction workstreams, escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Contribute to the development of templates, precedents and process improvements within the legal team.

Candidate requirements

  • LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification (including foreign-qualified lawyers).

  • At least two years' experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer within a law firm or in-house legal team.

  • Strong experience drafting and reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, consultancy agreements and other commercial contracts.

  • Experience supporting corporate governance processes, including board meetings, agendas, minutes and corporate records management.

  • Exposure to corporate transactions, due diligence and legal project coordination.

  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under pressure.

  • Proactive and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with lawyers and business stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and attend the office as required.
