Description
Execution of lending mandates across multiple infrastructure sub-sectors (digital, social, energy transition), as part of a deal team
Responsible for all portfolio management related matters for designated clients of the business unit
Assist senior peers in origination of new transactions.
Play a key role in the due diligence process. This may involve leading particular work-streams and will require liaison with and management of advisors and sponsors, as well as assessing and analysis of financial models and, if needed, challenging the output of advisors to ensure that project risks are fully understood and to ensure that debt terms & covenants are correctly reflected
Prepare internal documents such as credit reviews, waiver/amendments and other ad hoc analysis, as required, in a timely and efficient manner
Assist in preparation and deliver pitches to existing and prospective clients and identifying of new business opportunities. Developing and presenting appropriate financial solutions to clients
Assess and negotiate complex legal documentation
Involvement and attendance at lender meetings and site visits, and relevant conferences
Work with various internal systems as part of the portfolio management process. These include: Know-Your-Customer checks, internal rating tools, Risk Adjusted Return models etc;
Profile
Track record in financial services preferably banking
Experience working in a project finance team - preference for digital experience
Experience in a portfolio management or an origination role considered
Strong credit experience and modelling skills
