Our client is a very successful global financial services firm with an enviable reputation and brand.
They are looking to hire a Head of Contact Centre / Client Service Experience. The role will lead a contact centre team of account managers providing operational client service and support to financial advisers through B2B commercial relationships and partnerships.
Key responsibilities will include: designing and implementing a market leading contact service / client service experience to support day to day business with B2B partners (financial advisers); leading a team of 25 account managers who provide a tailored service experience; being a strong people leader to motivate, develop and lead the team of account managers and working with the wider business to design and lead programmes designed to develop the wider client experience.
The successful candidate will need to have strong team management/leadership experience managing a client service or contact centre team. Financial services experience would be beneficial but our client is open to candidates will experience across other sectors. B2B experience in the form of commercial partnerships would also be beneficial.
