Enterprise Delivery Lead with a Global Asset Manager to help design and implement a new Delivery model focusing on modern agile methodologies.

Referment have partnered with a global Asset Manager to help them find an Enterprise Delivery Lead to work under the Head of Enterprise Delivery, to help understand the challenges facing technology and business teams across the organisation.

The Enterprise Delivery Lead will work closely with all technology teams to help setup the enterprise delivery principles and design and implement solutions of delivery best practice. The role will be hands on at times, but at others require mentoring and training colleagues across business change.

We are keen to speak with people with the following experience and expertise for the role:

• Experience of large transformation and change programs across large technology organisations, ideally within Asset/Wealth Management
• Strong hands on knowledge of modern delivery Agile practices
• Agile delivery experience within teams adopting DevOps and TDD/BDD would be advantageous
• Excellent EQ with experiences motivating and growing individuals through a matrix managed approach
