The Opportunity:
A leading London-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to strengthen its residential property team. Responsibilities:

• Running a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Advising clients on more complex issues, such as matters arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Maintaining high standards of client care, ensuring regular communication and excellent service delivery.
• Using the firm's case management system to progress matters efficiently and keep accurate records.
• Working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
• Meeting agreed financial and performance targets.

About You:

• UK-qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong background handling both leasehold and freehold property transactions.
• Capable of dealing with complex conveyancing issues from instruction through to completion.
• Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team environment.
