Senior Enterprise Risk Consltant: Ageas has an exciting opportnity for anexperienced risk professional who thrives on inflencing senior leaders,challenging established thinking, and driving continos improvement within areglated financial services environment. Yo'll operate as a senior bsinesspartner across the organisation, spporting and challenging 1st line colleageswhilst helping to strengthen or risk cltre, enhance resilience, and ensrecompliance with evolving reglatory expectations.



As a Senior Enterprise Risk Consltantwithin the nd Line Enterprise Risk team, yo will provide independentoversight and challenge across a range of bsiness activities, ensring thatkey risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported effectively. Workingclosely with senior leaders and bsiness owners, yo'll spport the consistentapplication of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and help embed strongrisk ownership throghot the organisation.



This is a highly visible role withsignificant stakeholder engagement across the bsiness. Whilst the role has nodirect people management responsibility, it reqires strong inflencing skills,credibility with senior stakeholders, and the confidence to provide robstchallenge where reqired.

Partnerwith senior leaders on risk-related decision making.

Embedand enhance enterprise risk management practices.

Deliverclear risk insight, reporting, and governance spport.

Skills and experience yo need as Senior Enterprise Risk Consltant:

EnterpriseRisk experience within FCA-reglated financial services.

Strongnderstanding of risk frameworks and reglatory reqirements.

Exceptionalstakeholder management and inflencing skills.

Confidenceto challenge and hold bsiness owners to accont.

Stronganalytical, reporting, and commnication skills.
