Lenvi is a growing technology business based in Leeds, providing specialist software and analytics solutions to clients across the UK and international markets. We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the business.

This newly created role will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Director of Customer Success and Finance leadership, providing high-quality financial insight and commercial support to drive sustainable growth.

Please note that this will be a hybrid working role, with a minimum expectation of three days per week based in our Leeds head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales team by applying standard pricing models to new and existing client proposals, guiding price negotiations and ensuring appropriate margins and cash profiles in line with internal guidance.
  • Support in maintaining the corporate forecasting model, ensuring it remains accurate, robust, and up to date.
  • Partner with colleagues across Finance to assess financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear financial commentary and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial controls, processes, and reporting as part of a programme of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver insightful, timely commercial reporting to support members of the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders, with partnering responsibilities flexing as business priorities evolve.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to demonstrate advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders, with the credibility to provide challenge, insight, and recommendations.
  • Curious and adaptable, with the confidence to take on new challenges and operate effectively in areas that may initially be unfamiliar.

This is an opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual who enjoys getting close to the business and making a tangible impact on performance. Lenvi offers a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to develop, challenge constructively, and contribute beyond their immediate remit.

When you join Lenvi, you'll benefit from:
  • 29 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more.
  • Up to 10% pension matching to help you save for the future.
  • A flexible benefits allowance you can use on extras such as tech, travel insurance, private medical cover, additional life assurance, holiday purchase, and employee discounts and cashback.
  • Access to a health and wellbeing platform with counselling, legal advice and wellbeing support.
  • Two paid volunteering days each year.
  • Learning and development opportunities to support your growth.
  • A Value Bonus scheme recognising colleagues who go above and beyond.
  • Discretionary bonus opportunities.
  • An employee referral scheme.
